Irvin Kershner Passes Away At 87
Director Irvin Kershner passed away over the weekend at the age of 87. His goddaughter, actress Adriana Santini, confirmed the news early Monday morning, but no further details were given at this time.
Kershner is best known for his work directing Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back, the second and most well received of the six movie franchise. He also helmed the James Bond adventure Never Say Never Again starring Sean Connery, and the often maligned sequel Robocop 2.

Pearl Jam's 20th Anniversary: Concert Posters
TMIAJ continues our coverage of Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary that will span into 2011! Amazing albums, amazing live performances, and a place in rock n' roll history as one of the most prolific rock bands of all time. To survive 20 years especially in an era such as today's music world is, it is quite a feat. They are simply one of the greatest bands in the world. October 22, 1990 marked the bands first concert performance ever and TMIAJ marked that date with the first of many stories over the next year to celebrate the bands 20th anniversary!
The art of the concert rock poster was very popular in the 1960's and 70's but many of today's music artists have gotten away from it and no longer use them to promote shows. Pearl Jam however, has always embraced it and over the years hundreds of posters have been produced to commemorate Pearl Jam's live performances. Various artists have created posters over the years and many have become collector's items for Pearl jam fans and music fans in general. Below take a look at just twelve amazing posters from the Pearl jam concert posters that are out there. We will have more in the future as our celebration of Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary continues here at TMIAJ. Enjoy and admire the art work on these amazing concert posters.

The Wolverine Coming To Theaters
Director Darren Aronofsky has revealed the title for the next Wolverine movie starring Hugh Jackman. The movie will be called The Wolverine, will not be a direct sequel X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Aronofsky told HitFix that The Wolverine will be a "one-off," or standalone project. The script, written by Christopher McQuarrie, involves Logan beginning a forbidden romance with a Japanese woman whose hand in marriage is, unfortunately, promised to another man. Since Logan won't take "no" for an answer, it puts him into battle with her father and her samurai-sword-wielding brothers.

Green Lantern Footage Screen Caps
Here are some screen caps from the Entertainment Tonight Green Lantern footage. After watching it about twenty times, we are excited. The CGI is obviously a bit incomplete and you really can't judge it overall from a few seconds of footage. Next week when we see the first trailer, a better idea of what the film is going to be like should make itself known.
