Star Wars Coming To Blu Ray & Missing Jedi Scene!

All six Star Wars films are coming to Blu-Ray in 2011 as was announced by the man himself, George Lucas, today at Celebration V.  In addition several never before seen deleted scenes will be included on the discs as bonus features.  A scene from Return Of The Jedi has made it's way onlione so check it out below before it's taken down.  You may have to link out to You Tube to watch it if the embed doesn't work properly!
